Memory Box is an online store specializing in personalized keepsakes, including polaroid boxes, custom keyrings, and stickers.
We operate from South Africa and currently ship nationwide.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

All orders are custom-made once payment is received in full.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.

Because our products are personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for uploading the correct photos, designs, or text when placing an order. We are not responsible for low-quality or incorrectly submitted files.
By uploading photos or text, you confirm that you own the rights to those images and that they do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service. Memory Box is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Refunds are only issued if the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photo evidence of the issue.

All designs, logos, and content on the Memory Box website are the property of Memory Box and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
Customers retain ownership of the images they upload, but by submitting them, they grant Memory Box permission to use those files solely for the purpose of creating their order.

Memory Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by materials used in our products.

Your personal information is collected and used only for order fulfillment.
