1. Processing Time
All orders are made to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and process your order before shipping.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.
2. Shipping Information
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Typically, delivery takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Memory Box cannot be held liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be displayed on our website.
4. Returns & Refunds
Since our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been printed or produced. However, we want you to love your Memory Box, so please review the guidelines below:
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products (such as custom polaroid boxes, keyrings, and stickers) are non-refundable unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly replace or fix the issue at no extra cost.
Proof Required: Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging when reporting an issue.
Refunds (if applicable): If a refund is approved (for defective items only), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
